- Full review of infrastructure and system design;
- Installation of central control panels with software & hardware;
- Wiring of all parking spots requiring an EV Charging Station;
- Installation of an EV Charging System in all identified spots;

- Demonstrate and outline support features to property management associates;
- Onboarding of current and future residents with electic vehicle parking spots and activation of their system and count;
- Electrical load management to not over burden transformer;
- Billing and collections of individual accounts;
- Reimbursement of all electricity used by all users;
- All maintenance and repairs to the system;
- Online support, including FAQ;
- Automatic credit card payments by residents;
Low Monthly Lease and Hourly Charging Fee
All of this is included in a monthly lease amount to the individual users and a low hourly fee to charge their vehicle to cover the cost of electricity while being charged only. The lease can be assigned by the user and will be automatically renewed on an annual basis.
